Adult Education at Gloria DeiThere are numerous opportunities for Bible study and adult education at Gloria Dei. During this season of Lent, take the time to open the "Book of Faith." Upcoming classes during Sunday School (9:50 to 10:50 a.m.) in Fellowship Hall Room F-1 include: People Who Met Jesus-March 2, 9, 16 Because of the popularity of our video series called "People Who Met Jesus," the Adult Sunday School class is extending their study and discussion through the first three Sundays of March. Each week, we'll get to know more people who were impacted by Jesus, individuals from very diverse backgrounds. Join us at 9:50 a.m. in Room F-1. No Class-March 23 & 30 Please note that there will be no Sunday School for children or adults on March 23 (Easter) or March 30 due to spring break.
What is the Book of Faith? The Book of Faith is an initiative of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The Book of Faith initiative invites the whole church to become more fluent in the first language of faith, the language of Scripture, in order that we might live into our calling as a people renewed, enlivened, and empowered by the Word.
