Renovation of the Worship and Welcome Areas of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church

In Mark 16, Verse 15, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, commands us to "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation". 

As the Church Council prayerfully considered some basic and necessary repairs to our building, they realized that there were several renovations that could be accomplished at the same time that would substantially improve the quality of the worship experience.  This brighter, more open welcome space would envelop you as you enter the building and are surrounded by the fellowship and friendliness of the people that make up the congregation of Gloria Dei.  This would help us continue to establish community out-reach that is Christ-centered.

Phase II of the Renovation Project was approved at the annual congregational meeting held on November 11th, 2007.  The schedule will be fine tuned over the coming months.  If everything goes well, construction will begin in the spring of 2008 and be completed in the fall of 2008.
